This old and small farm is now a nice and lonely hut, surrounded by a great pasture and by a wide wood of beeches and larches, which belong to the house, that lies in a completely natural environment.
It is at 1,200 a.s.l., in the middle area of the Valley of the Fersina. The hut benefits of a gorgeous sight on the whole Valley and of the Lagorai mountains chain.
This location is particularly suited for a pleasant stay in a relaxing atmosphere, with the possibility to live all the emotions and the numerous activities offered by the mountain in any season of the year, also in winter, since the hut is equipped with any sort of comforts and a modern and environmental friendly heating system. The road to the lodge is always open, also in winter when it snows.
From the hut, by taking a short trip, it is possible to reach Trento, the area of the lakes and several ski areas, including the Dolomites as well, which are an UNESCO World Heritage Site.
In winter the hut is perfect for fascinating strolls with snowshoeing and it is a fantastic starting point for unforgettable ski mountaineering trips in the uncontaminated Lagorai mountain chain
How to get there
For those arriving from Veneto, take the Valsugana ss. 47 state road up to Pergine. For those arriving from Verona or Bolzano, once in Trento follow the signs for Padova up to Pergine Valsugana. From Pergine Valsugana, which is 12 km from Trento, take the SP no. 8 of the Val dei Mocheni as far as the village of Sant'Orsola Terme, then continue on from the main square to the left, following the road signs to locality Fratelle for about 3. 5 km. The owner is available to meet the guests at the square of S. Orsola Terme and guide them to the hut.
The hut has been totally renovated and has the typical characteristics of the alpine valleys since it is built in wood and stone. The materials used are exclusively natural, sourced locally. The hut is on two floors. In front of the ancient fountain of the pasture the entrance to the living room, a comfortable and relaxing area from which you can enjoy the view over the beech forest. On the ground floor, the spacious kitchen with wood stove, elegantly furnished with rustic furniture belonging to the old farm renovated and adapted, and a small cellar.
Upstairs there are two rooms, one of which is a double room, whose window enjoys a view over the whole valley. The second room is very large with two single beds and it has carefully designed window wall to allow a fusion of wood outside and inside as well.

Typical restaurants, farmhouses, dairies, places with organic products at zero km, ideal for vegetarians and vegans. Small fresh or processed fruits, wools and yarns can be obtained directly from the local farmers. The farm is located about 4 km from the village of Sant'Orsola Terme where you can find grocery stores, bank, pharmacy, post office, library and tourist office. About eleven km from the garrison of the medical guard located in Pergine Valsugana.
