The hut is sorrounded by the peace of a conifer-wood. It is ideal for restful holidays, where the nature welcomes you with a sweet hug. Ideal also for excursionists and bikers, considering the nearness of many tracks. Baita Filadonna is also an excellent base to visit the city of Trento, the museum of Mart of Rovereto, Lago di Caldonazzo and the skiing resort of Folgaria, Lavarone and Vezzena.
How to get there
In Caldonazzo (19 km from Trento) carry on S.P. 108, passing Centa San Nicolò, and then carry on S.S. 349 "della Fricca" till "Sindeck" restaurant. After this restaurant turn left and the hut is after 200 meters.

This typical stone and wood hut is completely refurnished in 2004. On the ground floor: living area with kitchen with wood stove and living room with table and sofa bed. On the first floor: sleeping area with one large double-room (two single beds on request available), one bathroom with shower. Heating by gas and wood. Covered verandah, ample equipped private garden, private parking place, doghause with fencing. Covered area for the mobile phones.

At close range (200 m) a hotel-restaurant with typical products, bar, public telephone, bus stop, starting point for many mountain tracks (60 km della Vigolana, Becco di Filadonna, Casarota hut). In Centa San Nicolò (4,5 km) small supermarket, pizzeria, agritour, post office, bus station, doctor. In Levico Terme (12 km) first-aid station. In Caldonazzo (9,5 km) bank, other facilities and lake with equipped public beach, canoe, sail and windsurf hire. In Folgaria (10 km) skiing resort.
