Maso Malgaia

Description

At about 1km from the village of Peio, in the area of the Stelvio National Park, the hut is located in a quiet and sunny position with a great view over the entire valley of Peio. It can be reached by car (the last 100m are on an unpaved road) with the possibility to park in nearby the hut. The ideal starting point for walks and excursions that may vary from the easy ones to the more challenging ones to reach farms, huts or just to enjoy the tranquility of our woods. For the lovers of active holidays, besides trekking and walks, the valley offers many paths for MTB and just a few km away the opportunity to try horse riding and rafting. For those who love wellness holidays, the thermal baths of Peio are just 3km away.

How to get there

For those coming from North/South Motorway A22 Brennero - exit Trento Nord or the second exit S. Michele A/Adige, drive on direction Mezzolombardo - Cles (follow the signs for Val di Non and Val di Sole). After about 60km Peio is reached. From Milan / Turin Exit A4 Seriate. Drive on direction Edolo- Ponte di Legno - Passo Tonale. Follow for the Val di Sole up to Fucine and from here follow the signs for the Val di Peio.

The hut (in the local dialect (el Mas) consists of a rustic building, once used by farmers, characterized by the presence of a farm on the ground floor to shelter the animals and by a hayloft on the upper floor. Nowadays, many of these masi have been transformed and converted into a new accommodation typology, where nature lovers can spend their holidays to relax and regenerate while tasting the value of time.

On the ground floor, it has a living room with sofa bed - kitchenette withinduction stove, electric / microwave oven and dishwasher. We have also equipped the hut with a centralized vacuum cleaner system. Wir haben die Hütte auch mit einem zentralen Staubsaugersystem ausgestattet, und refrigerator with small freezer compartment, pellet stove - bedroom (double)- bathroom - garden with barbecue and outdoor dining table. In the building there is another house unit. PRICES INCLUDE: - hot water - electricity - pellet for stove - barbecue wood - bed linen and towels (kitchen linen not available) EXTRA: - Small pets allowed euro 30,00 per week - Security deposit euro 100,00 (refunded on departure after checking the apartment) - The customer is in charge of the cleaning of the kitchenette, dishes and refrigerator: no cleaning = euro 40. 00 NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HUT STAY FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY CHECK-IN from 3.00 pm CHECK-OUT up to 10.00 am
